PrimForge is a web design service operated by PrimCall LLC ("PrimForge", "we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@primforge.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us, request a quote, or start a project, we collect your name, email, phone number, business details, and anything you include in your message or send us for the work (logos, text, images, access details).
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and any analytics tools may log your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and the page that referred you. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
- To design, build, deliver, host, and maintain your website and other work
- To process deposits and payments
- To send project updates and service-related messages
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — for example Stripe (payments) and hosting/infrastructure providers — under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain your site, and meet legal and accounting requirements — then we delete or anonymize it.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@primforge.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links
Our site, and the sites we build, may link to or embed third-party services (such as Stripe, social media, or MLS property search). Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
