These Terms govern your use of PrimForge's website and services. PrimForge is operated by PrimCall LLC ("PrimForge", "we", "us", "our"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
PrimForge designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites, and provides logo and brand design and related services, primarily for small businesses.
Quotes and packages
Prices shown on our site are starting prices for the scope described. Custom or larger work may be quoted separately. We confirm scope and price before starting a project.
Payment, deposits, and the build process
- Website builds run on a deposit model: a $199 deposit to begin, and the $300 balance is due on your approval before launch — $499 total for the standard build, unless a different package or quote applies.
- Monthly care is $99/month for hosting support and unlimited reasonable changes. It is optional and you may cancel anytime; it does not refund months already used.
- Logos and other packages are billed at the prices listed or as quoted.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
Money-back guarantee and refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your deposit: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of paying your deposit, email us and we will refund it. Once a site is approved, launched, and the balance is paid, that final payment is non-refundable. Monthly care is non-refundable for time already elapsed.
Revisions
The standard website build includes 3 major rounds of revisions. Additional major revisions, or changes outside the agreed scope, may be quoted separately or handled under monthly care.
What we need from you
You agree to provide the content and materials we need (text, images, logos, access, and information) in a timely way. You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you give us and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. Delays in providing materials may delay your project.
Ownership and intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final website or design deliverables we create for you. Until full payment, all work remains our property. We may show non-confidential previews of completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party components (fonts, plugins, stock assets, platforms) remain subject to their own licenses.
Turnaround times
Timelines — such as a typical 1–2 day first draft — are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the scope and on how quickly you provide materials and feedback.
Disclaimers
Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic, or sales. We are not responsible for third-party services (such as Stripe, hosting, domain registrars, or social platforms) or for downtime outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimCall LLC and PrimForge are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may stop a project with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun and beyond the 30-day deposit window, completed work is billable. We may decline or end work that is illegal, abusive, or outside the services we offer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date will change, and continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.
