We confirm the exact feature and workflow before starting. More involved booking, ecommerce, calculators, integrations and larger builds are quoted separately.
Build cost and ongoing cost
The build price covers the agreed website project. Optional $99/month care covers hosting support, uptime checks, and unlimited reasonable content and design updates to the existing website. New pages, applications, integrations and full redesigns are separately quoted.
For example, a $499 Business build plus 12 paid months of optional care comes to $1,687: $499 + $1,188. This includes only those two PrimForge charges. Confirm domain renewals, third-party subscriptions, provider fees and additional scope in your quote.
If you do not choose care, ask us to confirm the hosting arrangement, ongoing responsibilities and relevant charges. Setup help does not mean every future third-party cost is included.
What can change a quote?
- Separate pages: a services section and individual pages for every service are different scopes
- Content: large galleries, catalogs, new photography and extra languages need a defined plan
- Functionality: linking to an existing booking page differs from building availability rules, payment steps or software connections
- Changes: a new page or function can be additional scope rather than a revision to the agreed build
When is the $499 Business package a good starting point?
Consider it when you need to explain the business, show credible reviews or work, and help visitors contact you. It suits a focused brief with the information and materials needed for launch.
Ask for a larger scope if you need many separate pages, complex booking, online sales or a custom application. You can also start with a clearly defined first version and separately scope additions later.

Common questions
Is monthly care required?
No. The $99/month care service is optional and can be canceled. Service time already used is nonrefundable. We confirm the hosting and maintenance arrangement for your project.
Does every package start with a $199 deposit?
The $199 deposit and $300 approval balance apply to the standard $499 build. Other package and custom-project payment terms are confirmed in the quote.
How quickly will I see a draft?
Our typical first-draft estimate is 1–2 days, depending on scope, materials and feedback. It is not a guaranteed launch deadline. We confirm the schedule for your project.
What does the deposit guarantee cover?
If you are dissatisfied within 30 days of paying the deposit, email us to request a deposit refund. Final-payment and care rules are separate. Read the Terms of Service before paying.
Will a new website guarantee Google rankings or customers?
No. Rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed. Ongoing SEO and larger content programs should be separately scoped.
